Air Source Heat Pumps utilise forced convection to absorb or reject heat to the atmosphere. This is achieved through the use of a fan and heat exchanger where by energy is extracted or rejected to the heat exchanger and used to effect a temperature change such that the heat pump operates a sustainable cycle.
